BILLY'S PASTA COSÌ brings to you a truly classic Italian sauce! The derivation of the name of this tasty Italian sauce has something to do with the world's oldest profession, however, all things aside - it's an absolutely delicious sauce. This outstanding sauce recipe contains three of Italy's favorite cooking ingredients - anchovies, capers, and black olives. Cook your choice of pasta till al dente, drain and pour into a warmed bowl. Pour the heated sauce over the pasta and then toss gently, but thoroughly. You may add a sprinkling of fresh chopped parsley at this point before serving. Grated Cheese is not usually served with this dish. This all-natural Fresh Puttanesca Sauce is so mouth-watering you will want more!

Puttanesca:The name puttanesca is a derivation of puttana, which in Italian means "lady of the evening." The story behind this pasta sauce is that streetwalkers around Naples, Italy created it after a long evening at work. The ingredients were something they had in their pantry, and could throw together easily and quickly, as well as being both filling and very tasty! The racy flavor and intense fragrance of this sauce was like a haunting call to the men who visited such "ladies of the evening." The rest is history!
